The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to any of the websites owed by Southwest Country reiterates your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.

• Any not custom or special designed item bought through the websites property of Southwest Country may be returned for a refund within 7 (seven) days after receiving the item. For Christmas gifts the 7 days will start counting on the 25th.
• All sales are final 8 (eight) days after the customer receives them. For Christmas gifts the 8 days will start counting on the 25th.
• The Customer is responsible for contacting Southwest Country regarding returns and to get a (RAN) Return Authorization Number. All items have to be returned with the original invoice and paperwork. Any unauthorized return will be refused.
• In case of an approved return all forth and back shipping and handling costs in full are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Special sales and offers are not to be considered. All these costs will be deducted from any refund.
• Southwest Country We will not accept any returns on special designs or custom orders. Southwest Country will not refund on custom orders.
• Items must be in saleable condition for a refund to be issued.
• Refunds on Music CDs will be issued only if they are returned unopened in the original packaging.
• All items must be returned in the original box and packing material. Please open boxes carefully do not destroy them.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to keep all boxes and packing material until items are inspected thoroughly.
• All items must be returned with all of their original hardware.
• All the deliveries will be ruled by the terms and conditions of the delivering company; ie. UPS, USPS, FEDEX, YELLOW FREIGHT, ABF Freight and/or any other transport, shipping, parcel, post, moving or delivery company; It will be the responsibility of the customer to know them.
• Southwest Country will refund the cost of any returned items when received back minus any applicable fees, only if the item is not custom and is returned within the specified time and conditions. All refunds will be done via Company check.
• Your product was inspected and shipped in perfect condition. All items are sent insured with the shipper. If there is a sign in the package of interior damage you can ask the delivery person to allow inspection on the contents, if this is not allowed it is your decision to refuse or not the delivery. When signing for the delivery it is of the out most importance for you to write a note reporting the possible damage.
• Do not destroy the boxes nor the packaging materials. Items returned without their original cartons will be refused as the shipping department will not recognize their origin.
• Southwest Country is not responsible for misdirected mail or E-mail or any unforeseen delays in shipping.
• Southwest Country is not responsible for any taxes or custom fees on any purchase shipped overseas.
• There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks.
• Southwest Country has the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the customer's credit card charged. If the credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, Southwest Country will refund any money due minus any fees that may apply.
• Southwest Country does not offer any guaranties implied or otherwise, than those offered by the manufacture(s) of any product. You agree the maximum liability to Southwest Country from any product sold on any of it's websites shall be the price of the item. In no event Southwest Country, it's employees or owners shall be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold.
